1 | Initial Call
We start with a focused conversation to understand your vision, budget range, timeline, and goals. This call helps determine alignment and outlines the next steps clearly and efficiently.
2 | Design & Development
Working alongside architects and design professionals, we refine layouts, selections, and specifications. Every decision is made with intention, balancing design, functionality, and budget.
3 | Pre-Construction
Before breaking ground, we finalize a detailed scope of work and transparent, line-item estimate. This phase protects your investment by eliminating guesswork and minimizing surprises during construction.
4 | Permitting & Pre-Build
We coordinate engineering, permitting, scheduling, and material planning to ensure everything is approved and organized before construction begins. Preparation is what creates a smooth build.
5 | Construction
