Design Consultation Services
Building a home is very exciting, filled with many details and an evolving schedule of events. We recognize one area of importance for our clients is with regard to the interior finish design because of its comprehensive selections to choose from.
Complimentary Design Consultation
Every Stately Homes customer will have a 2-hour Initial Design Consultation Meeting to review the functional requirements and style of finishes for the home with respect to the budget. We encourage our customers to come to this meeting with pictures of styles, fixtures, and finishes they wish to see in their new home. This allows for optimal understanding so both the customer and builder are aligned from the beginning.
Get Inspiration

Work with an Associate
Some customers, both Custom and Project Managed clients, prefer to work with an associate assigned to their project throughout the design process. In addition to the initial consultation that all clients receive at the beginning of this process, this added service includes a dedicated team member to provide more samples from our vendors directly to them. These samples include exterior finishes and interior finishes. Together, we’ll create a Design Consultation Service that is right for your needs.
Project Completion
We’ve created and use a selection template to manage each selection in your home. This will be filled out and completed according to the scope of work’s order of priority (based on the build schedule).
